RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Please ensure that you package the product well. We can not accept liability for any of the goods damaged in transit and a replacement or refund may not be offered. To speed up the return please ensure RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.

If you have a valid returns reference number from the manufacturer we can arrange a collection from you. If you return products without a valid returns reference please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are therefore strongly advised to send your package registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
